Shipping Policy
At Once In Time, we understand anticipation that comes with ordering our baby wear and accessories for your little ones. We offer free Standard Shipping when you spend £50 or more. For Standard Shipping, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order. For Express Shipping, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note, we only ship within the United Kingdom and do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our items and in consideration of hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds on any products.
