This Site is owned and operated by Once In Time. We sell baby clothing, infant accessories and related items. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

  • All products listed are subject to availability 

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or household

Prices: All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Order Acceptance: Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Acceptance of your order occurs when the items are dispatched.

We accept payments through secure third-party providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. 

  5.  Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout but may vary due to external factors. We are not liable for delays outside our control.​

  6.  Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any products, including any used products. All sales are final. This policy helps us ensure that every item we ship is clean, safe, and suitable for our smallest customers. For any questions please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll be happy to assist you.

You may create an account to manage your orders, but this is not required to make a purchase. If you choose to register:
